Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Privacy Policy
We acknowledge that you may provide personal data or other information to its site via the Internet. Although our company will take all reasonable steps to safeguard your personal data or other information, no system is 100% safe. Despite the use of secure server software and other precautions, such information is subject to interception or alteration by third parties. We do not guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. In addition, we may disclose part or all of your personal data, user-provided materials and printed products as required by law, rule, regulation or court order.
Material and Information provided by you
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site you must comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy. You warrant that any such material does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
In addition to complying with our acceptable use policy, you agree that all material uploaded by you onto our site will be done at your own risk. You must retain a copy of all material you upload. We expressly exclude all liability for any uploaded material which is lost or damaged during or after the uploading process.
Failure to follow our site’s preparatory instructions for uploading your material may result in products of poor quality. We accept no responsibility for poor quality products in those circumstances.
You must not upload any material that will breach any third party rights to such material unless you have their express consent. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party claiming that any material uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their rights.
We have the right to remove any material uploaded by you or not to fulfill any order if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy.
You agree only to provide someone else’s personal information if they have given you express consent to use it in respect of the products you have ordered.
Personal information is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may establish policies and limits concerning our storage of material uploaded by you and the amount of any material that may be uploaded. We may delete your material stored by us which is inactive for an extended period of time without reference to you. We may change our policies and limits at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice to you. To the extent that we are permitted to do so by law, we may delete your material stored by us at any time.
Price
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
These prices do not include VAT and delivery costs unless stated specifically in the online ordering process.
Prices are liable to change before order confirmation.
We do not store any credit or debit card data.
Cancellation charges
Please note that a 5% charge of the total value of the original order will be made on all cancelled orders plus a US$10.00 charge to cover administration costs. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.
Changes to orders
Any changes to the confirmed order must be made in writing to us prior to commencement of processing. The original order amount will be affected because of the changes.
All reasonable endeavors will be made to deliver the correct quantity of products ordered by you.
You acknowledge that variations in respect of quantities are inherent within 5%.
Approvals
Prior to producing the products, IF NECESSARY, we will make an electronic proof of the product available for your approval. The approval is concerned about the product dimension and the artwork positioning, not include the printing color confirmation. You are responsible for approving these proofs. You accept that once you have approved the proof, the products cannot be changed nor cancelled after the commencement of processing. We shall have no liability to you for any errors in the proof subsequently discovered by you.
Quality
We shall meet your color requirements where files are submitted in CMYK format in respect of the products. You accept that variations in colors are inherent within the printing process for files submitted in other formats. You also understand and accept that computer hardware set ups are such that we cannot guarantee that the product colors will match those displayed on your computer screen during the ordering process.
Deliveries
Every endeavor will be made to adhere to the estimated time of delivery given upon our acknowledgement of order but failing to do so does not constitute a breach of contract.
Special rush deliveries can usually be arranged but will usually be subject to additional charges (e.g. rush print charges and rush delivery charges), which will be charged to you at current commercial rates. However, this special rush service is not guaranteed and subject to our capacity.
Where delivery is not possible as a result of us being provided with the incorrect delivery address details, our delivery service will return the products to us. We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge and administration costs for re-dispatch of the products to the correct delivery address.
Risk and title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the products will pass to you on delivery.
Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian. Our company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Force majeure
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
Replacement policy
If you believe that a product is defective, we may request that you provide evidences for our examination (like photos, proofs, products) at your own costs. If we agree that the products are defective and that we are at fault, we will reprint the products free of charge. Delivery will be at your costs.
Complaints
Complaints must be made within 48hours of receiving our goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint.
